My husband and I love these chairs. We have two and purchased them from a local store. I love the fact that they don’t need a carry bag. You just fold up the chair, close the canopy over the chair, snap the buckle and then use the strap to carry. It is so fast to put up and take down. They were a nice escape from the sun this summer when we were watching our son play soccer. I also like that they are made of a canvas material versus a vinyl. Seems like it will last longer. We haven’t had any issues with quality so I can’t speak to the warranty issues that another reviewer mentioned. It’s been 6 months now and we are still enjoying them. In fact, we just used them to watch a Christmas parade and we were talking about how if it was snowing the canopy could have protected us a little from that too. Oh, one more nice thing is that you don’t have to have the canopy up in order to use the chair. You just keep it in the vertical position and then push it against the back of the chair so then it is like a normal folding chair. We did this when we watched the fireworks in the park.

The only con I would say is that I noticed that compared to some other folding chairs, your legs need to be closer together near your knees because the width is a little narrower were the frame is. It’s still very comfortable and has plenty of butt room. It’s not like your sitting crossed legged but if you like to sit with your legs spread wide open then these chairs might not give you enough room. My husband sits comfortable in them and he is average size, 5’11 and ~200lbs.

First season, and these chairs are showing serious signs of wear, July 19, 2013

    Verified Purchase(What’s this?)
Perhaps I shouldn’t expect so much for the price. . . but we’ve used these chairs sparingly at little league ball games and there are already problems; including stitches that are ripping out and broken plastic leg mounts. We hope to get one more season out of them, and then will probably look for a sturdier, better made model.
